Fuller Ming is our bi-vocational minister for outreach to our college
and college aged young adults. After serving as part of the core
leadership team for the Lord's Church for the past 10 years, he now
works with students and those that have graduated from high school
that attend the Bowie church. Fuller is married to Michelle and they
have two children. He also works at the University of Maryland in
the Information Technology field. Fuller received a BS in Computer
Science from the University of Maryland College Park and a masters
in management from University of Maryland University College. He
has also done some course work at Capital Bible Seminary. Aside
from hanging out with his family, Fuller enjoys reading, writing,
cartoons, super hero movies, and science fiction.

Jeff is a 1995 graduate of Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee.
He served as a youth minister for over 12 years and he and his family
moved to Bowie in 2007 to begin working with the Bowie church of
Christ. Jeff and his wife Michelle were married in June of 1995 and
have two children Evan and Emily Ann. Michelle is also a 1995
graduate of Lipscomb Univeristy and is a native of Birmingham,
Alabama. In his spare time Jeff enjoys watching Alabama football and
playing racquetball and you might even see him in some local
tournaments. Most of all however, Jeff enjoys to talk about Jesus and
the healing power found in the grace and forgiveness of God. If you

Robert was blessed to marry Cynthia in 1973; they have 5 grown
children. He is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University (BA,
1973) and International Christian University in Vienna, Austria (MA in
New Testament Studies, 1991). Cynthia is a graduate of Central State
University in Oklahoma (BS, 1979) and Drake University (MS in
Elementary Education, 2002). Robert has preached for churches in
Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin and Maryland; he and his wife
were missionaries in Austria and Hungary for 12 years. Robert began
working with the Bowie church in January, 2010, when the last church
he was with merged with the Bowie church. Robert and Cynthia enjoy
riding on their tandem bike. They love helping couples have healthier
marriages, which includes doing pre-marital and marriage mentoring
together. They also love helping others fall more in love with Jesus.

John Scroggins was born and raised in Arlington, TX. He received his
Bachelor of Science degree in Education specializing in Middle School
in 2005. He was privileged to meet his lovely bride, Ashley, on a
mission trip internship in Jellico, TN. In 2006 they were married in St.
Louis where she was attending school. He relocated to the Baltimore-
Washington area in 2008 because his wife was hired at NASA-
Goddard. He loves Jesus and feels blessed to call him Savior! John is
a huge sports fan and loves the Dallas Cowboys. He also believes
Batman is the greatest superhero of all time. He loves spending time
with his wife watching movies, playing Wii Fit, or just taking a nice
walk. His favorite quote is from Yoda – “Do or Do not there is no
Try”!
